SECOND Change Amarr logi bonus (possible suggestions below, one or a combination of some, not necessarily all) - Increase max carried - Increase max active - Decrease spawn time (more so than current bonus) - Increase number of spawns (more so than current bonus) - Increase health of uplinks by xxx% (imagine an amarr uplink with 1000 hit points) - Decrease scan profile of uplinks (imagine an amarr uplink that is not easily seen by everyone and their mother via scans)
Change Caldari logi bonus (possible suggestions below, one or a combination of some, not necessarily all) - Increase max carried - Increase max active - Increase nanite count - Increase suply rate - Increase armor repair rate - Decrease scan profile on nanohives (imagine a caldari nanohive that is not easily seen by everyone and their mother via scans) - Increase health of nanohive by xxx% (imagine a caldari nanohive with 1000 hit points)
THIRD - Revise uplink stats again to make ammar logi even more useful - Revise nanohive stats again to make caldari logi even more useful
Again, it is my personal opinion that this will leave the Caldari and Amarr Logi still desirable while also cutting down on the amount of uplink spam. It wont solve the problem surrounding supply depots but it will surely help reduce the overall number of pieces of equipment on the map without massively changing the game and I think that is what is most important.

Not counting the Skills not applying after death, of course. referencing arguments in the original thread that if you could only equip 1 set of uplink (like the cloak) than the amarr suit would then be undesirable. i am just addressing others concerns .

if thst is your solution, i really hope it is tested thoroughly first. speaking of testing...perhaps CCP can have "events" that have different stats/settings thst everyone can test for a week and see how they like it...
